What's Being Offered?

For information on what's being offered and how to enroll, click on the calendar page and the Enrollment and Schedule Info page.  The calendar page will show you by day, month, or year what's being offered.  The Enrollment and Schedule Info page provides you with a downloads including a flyer and enrollment form.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given due to class cancellation unless stated otherwise.  No refunds for participant's withdrawal will be given after the second session for classes meeting four (4) or more times.  For classes meeting three (3) times or less, the Community Education Office must be given one (1) week notice prior to the start date.  Refunds will take approximately four (4) weeks to process.  *Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

In Case of Inclement Weather

For unscheduled school closing due to inclement weather, listen to KRMG for announcements.  Anytime the Bixby Public Schools are closed for inclement weather, all classes and activities will be cancelled.  Class sessions will be rescheduled anytime these closings occur.

Liability Statement

Some of our courses are taught by people who are practicing financial planners, sales persons of investment products or services, or are actively involved in a business or profession that is related to the subject they teach.  We endorse their ability as instructors, but make no comment as to their professional skills or abilities, or the value of any product or service they sell.

By enrolling you or your child in a class where you will be an active participant, you indicate you or your child have no physical conditions which would make your participation hazardous to you or your child's health.  Additionally, you understand that the Bixby Public Schools will be held harmless for liability to any loss, cost, injury, or damage to person or property which may arise by engaging in these programs.

"Enroll Early!"

Be sure your registration reaches the Community Education Office five (5) working days before class starting date as classes are cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment .  Please Register Early!
